We collect personal information from you, including your name, email address (optional) and information about your volunteer service hours.

We collect this information in order to:

• record and manage volunteer participation and service hours;

• support programme planning, reporting, and funding requirements; and

• meet our reporting obligations under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.

Providing this information is voluntary. However, if you choose not to provide certain information, we may be unable to accurately record your volunteer contribution or include it in reporting.

Your information will be held securely by having private logins or using multi-factor authentication where possible and will only be accessed by authorised staff and volunteers for the purposes outlined above. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties unless required or permitted by law, or with your consent.

We may use aggregated or anonymised data (which does not identify you) for reporting, evaluation, and improvement of our services.
