The Volunteer Hours Form is temporarily closed while we prepare for the new financial year.


The form will reopen on 16 July to accept volunteer hours from the new financial year (starting 1 July).

This form is used to collect the volunteer hours with PFK.

We will collect your name and email address.

The data generated from the details you provide will be used for the purpose of reporting on our activities without disclosing your personal information.
